Abundance
There is enough for everyone. Enough success, joy, happiness, opportunities, and so much more.
Those who embrace the concept of abundance live in a world unburdened by comparison. They already have all they want and need. Goals and focus are ignited by an internal spark. Success is measured against a personal yardstick, and their philosophy is to share what they have and know.
Curious about what that is? Abundance comes from a place of knowing that there’s “enough”. Abundance has no limit. The opposite of abundance is fear. Fear that there is a limit to resources - fear weighs you down and wears you down. Afraid that what you have, can be lost, and therefore you must hold onto it for dear life and acquire more to “protect” what you already have.
Loss, is a very real and true concept - and it can happen? Worrying about it causes nothing but more fear and anxiety and it is merely a futile waste of energy. Unless your life or your health is threatened - most material possessions can be returned or earned back. Letting go of fear, and accepting abundance is liberating.
We have responsibilities. I’m not suggesting a carefree hippie lifestyle (I wish!) - we live in a world were risk is covered by insurance. If you’re reading this, you’re probably covered. Yet, we still live in that place of worry, anxiety, and fear. Unless your well-being is being threatened, there should be little to fear. Fear diminishes our humanity and our ability to truly live in the present moment. Exhale! Breathe!
Unburden yourself of fear, comparison, and loss. Explore abundance. Set goals, know yourself, your worth, your values and remain principled, appreciate the little things like stroking your beloved pet, a sunset, every waking breath. Measure success against your personal yardstick, and greater success follows.
Start exploring, identify your fears and your barriers, and embrace an abundance mindset. You will be surprised.
