1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging with Boxing Smartly’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Services

Boxing Smartly provides:

  • HR Consulting

  • Organizational Development services

  • Coaching and mentoring

  • Training and facilitation

All services are delivered based on agreed scope, timelines, and fees.

 

3. Payments

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe)

  • Full payment or agreed deposits must be made prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed

  • Pricing is subject to change but will not affect confirmed bookings

 

4. Bookings and Scheduling

  • Clients are responsible for selecting and confirming appointment times via the designated booking system

  • Rescheduling must be done within 24 - 48 hours notice

  • Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Coaching and consulting services are generally non-refundable once delivered

  • Refunds (if applicable) are at the sole discretion of Boxing Smartly

  • Prepaid sessions may be rescheduled but not refunded

 

6. Client Responsibility

Clients acknowledge that:

  • Coaching and consulting outcomes depend on their participation and implementation

  • Boxing Smartly does not guarantee specific outcomes or results

  • All decisions and actions taken based on services are the client’s responsibility

 

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information shared during engagements.

However, confidentiality may be limited where:

  • Disclosure is required by law

  • There is risk of harm to the client or others

 

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content provided by Boxing Smartly remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

You may not:

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

  • Commercialize

any materials without written consent.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Boxing Smartly is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Business losses or missed opportunities

  • Outcomes resulting from decisions made by the client

 

10. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Microsoft Bookings).

We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these platforms.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Boxing Smartly operates.
