Boxing Smartly - Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching, Consulting and Training Services

Clients may reschedule a coaching or consulting session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be forfeited and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Programme Fees

Payments made for coaching programmes or consulting engagements are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

If a client chooses to discontinue participation before the end of a programme, future scheduled payments may be cancelled where applicable, however fees already paid for services delivered remain non-refundable.

Subscription Services

Subscription-based coaching services may be cancelled at any time unless a minimum programme commitment has been agreed in writing.

Cancellation will prevent future subscription charges but does not entitle the client to a refund for payments already processed.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided to downloadable digital products, assessments and resources, all digital product purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional circumstances will be considered individually at Boxing Smartly's discretion.
